Nov. 2, 2021 - I took a motorcycle ride yesterday. Probably one of the last ones, since it's November. It was super awesome! Riding around Vermont I felt so lucky. It's just so beautiful here. And, it made me think about the feeling of being "home". That great feeling where you don't feel like you need to go anywhere, and you can just be here, right now.

So, I invite you to do that today in your practice. Enjoy being home on your mat, in yourself. :-)
