Jan 5, 2021 - In the Yoga Teacher Training I run we talk a lot about language. As a yoga teacher, you talk a lot. So, what you say matters. Not just in terms of the postures, or your theme, to on a more subtle level. It's important to enforce positivity. AND, as a yoga students, and a person, the language you use about yourself matters. Using positive language when "thinking" about you safe. What you say to others about yourself. It matters! So, today, let's be positive!
