August 23, 2022 - I saw a TED Talk Video by Barry Schwartz called "The Paradox of Choice." It's all about the idea that more choice is actually worse for you, and actually it's helpful to limit choices. He showed a funny slide of two fish in a fish tank, with one fish saying to the other, "You can be anything you want to be - no limits."
Very funny, but, actually, when you create your own fishbowl it can be extremely freeing...we'll do that today in our practice. Enjoy!
