Finding Your Grounding in Your Breath
Monday, Oct. 17, 2022 - Over the last 3 days I've been teaching the UVM Teaching Training. After doing something like that, it's great to get back to being grounded, and the breath really helps with that. We'll enjoy the breath today. :-)

Like a Candle Flame in a Windless Room
9.21.22 - In the Bhagavad Gita it talks about meditation like having the calm of a candle flame in a windless room. I love that imagery. In class we imagine the flame and do our best to keep it still, through smooth movement and a calm mind. I think you'll enjoy it.
