Nov 24, 2021 - This morning, the day for Thanksgiving, I woke up with that "Thanksgiving feeling" a remember. A feeling thinking more about things I care about, than I'm worried or feel pressure about. I feeling of being happy for the day, and comfortable as me.
It reminded me of a book called "The Splendor of Recognition." The recognition part of the title is the experience of recognition yourself and who you really are. The splendor part is the feeling of having that experience. I definitely had the splendor of recognition this morning.
I hope through this practice you will have the same experience. :-)
