Dec. 22, 2021 - For many people that struggle a bit with the darkness of winter (like myself), there is enthusiasm after Winter Solstice because everyone says, "The days are getting longer!!" Well, I hate to break it to you, but really, we are in somewhat of a holding pattern at the moment. The Earth moves back and forth from Summer to Winter Solstice, like a pendulum. When it gets to the edges it pretty much stops, and takes a bit to start moving in the other direction. We'll be hanging out here for a couple weeks.
WIth that, what a GREAT time to chill and be with what is! No need to overly analyze the past or the future, but instead, being. And, with being naturally does come movement and clarity...but racing from one thing to the next often (for me) ends up creating more harm than good. It feels good to be.
Let's open up and make a connection to the thing that is actually happening right now...the Earth is chilling out, so we should to, and savor the in-between.
