Today we have a fun practice with gratitude.
There is the out there world, and there is the "in here world". The both are happening at the same time. What is great about yoga is that it is reminding us that "in here" is always available. Today, we take a little vacation to in here. Enjoy.
Sometimes it's nice to sit and mediate, but it's also nice to move, and experience the movement as meditation. That's what we'll do today. :-)
It's good to find space in your life, particularly when you are feeling that there is a lack of space. So, if you are feeling like you are unable to find space in your day, body, mind...this class may help. Enjoy!
Sometimes Love can feel a bit elusive, and too big to grasp. The thing is, love can be connected through via different derivatives, different avenues, than are accessible. One of those is memory - the act of remembering an experience where you were full of Love. We'll do that today. :-)
For today's meditation we practice the wonderful, heartfelt, "loving kindness" meditation.
